Hello! Zoë Johnson, the librarian for Applied Sciences here. Hopefully, I have met you all, once at induction, and, in some cases (lucky you!), twice at an information skills session.

As you start using the Library, here’s some helpful reminders for you:

    • The Basics of how to use things are here http://hud.libguides.com/thebasics
    • We’re all friendly and helpful, so do ask us if you’re finding the 5 floors and millions of online resources all a bit much. Students with green t-shirts can help you find stuff on the shelves and the Help Centre is on Floor 4 as you enter, for all your questions, straightforward or complicated!

Zoë is the Applied Sciences Librarian, she can be contacted via email on library@hud.ac.uk or you can pop to the Library help desk on level 4 of the Library

(If you’d like to meet Zoë – she’ll be coming along to Tuesday Toast Club and Tea@3 throughout the year, just check out the blog posts for each for details of when!)
